Tenant Find Only includes:
* Taking details of property and making recommendations * Marketing the property via our offices in Gosport and Lee-on-Solent, using our dedicated web-site www.eckersleywhite.co.uk * Erecting a ‘To Let’ board * Introducing, interviewing and referencing suitable tenant(s) * Arranging a Tenancy Agreement (and issuing the relevant notice to quit) * Liaise with Utility Companies and local Council to confirm change of occupier and providing meter readings * Arranging a suitable move in date with all parties * Arranging the preparation of the inventory and the schedule of condition * Checking the tenant(s) into the property * Collecting the first month’s rent and deposit *
Full management includes:
* Collecting the monthly rental and payment to the Landlord’s nominated account * Arrange day to day repairs and maintenance * Arranging access for contractors, receiving invoices and administering payment thereof * Provision of monthly statements confirming income and expenditure * Regular property inspections and reporting accordingly * Issuing legal notices e.g. rent increase, possession etc *
